How To Sell

At Looped, selling isn't just a transaction — it's how the loop keeps going. Bring in pieces you've outgrown, and we'll find them a new home.

Read on to see how it works and how to get the most out of your visit.

Appointment Details

Sessions run 15–25 minutes, so we can give your items the attention they deserve. Bring up to 30 pieces per appointment — if you've got more, just book a second one. We ask for a maximum of one appointment per week.

Just trading for store credit? No appointment needed — walk right in. Appointments are required only if you'd like to receive cash for your items.

Appointments can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. If you're not seeing any availability, it just means we're fully booked for the next two weeks — check back soon and something will open up!

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Life happens. If you need to cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or reach us by phone or text. Running behind? Shoot us a message — we'll do our best to work with you, but arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.

How to Prep Your Items

A little prep goes a long way toward a bigger payout:

  • Bring items folded in a bag or box (no hangers, please — we're tight on space)

  • Everything should be clean, undamaged, and free of pet hair

  • Wrinkled items can be accepted but will be priced lower, so give 'em a quick fold before you come

Selection & Payout

We select pieces based on style, condition, and what our floor needs right now. If your items are accepted, they're priced at retail value, and you choose how you want to be paid:

  • 50% in store credit — the best bang for your haul

  • 30% in cash — straight to your pocket

When you book a cash appointment, your payout will be cash only for that visit. If you'd like the option to take store credit instead, just walk in — no appointment needed!

Not sure if your pieces are a fit?
