Who We Are
At Looped, our mission is simple: keep clothes in circulation and community at the center. We're a buy-sell-trade shop committed to sustainable secondhand shopping, radical inclusivity, and building a space in Tulsa where everyone belongs and nothing goes to waste. Every piece that finds a new home is a small win for the planet — and for the people who wear it.
We Believe In
Inclusivity
Every body, every style, every expression — welcome here. Looped is built for a full range of sizes and aesthetics, and we curate with intention so that everyone can find something that feels like them.
Community
Looped is more than a shop — it's a hub.
We show up for our customers, our local creative partners, and our city. When you shop, sell, or trade with us, you're part of something bigger than a transaction.
Sustainability
Every item that gets a second life is a win. We believe secondhand fashion is one of the most powerful things you can do for the planet, and we're committed to making that choice easy, accessible, and genuinely enjoyable.
Safe Spaces
Everyone who walks through our door deserves to feel at home. Looped is a judgment-free zone — a place where you can express yourself freely, try things on without pressure, and always expect to be treated with respect.
Our Team
Shelby Stephens-Sandoval
After spending a couple of years away from Tulsa, I came back with fresh eyes and a clear mission. Living in places where people felt genuinely free to express themselves — especially through what they wore — showed me what was possible. I wanted to bring that energy home. Looped is my attempt to help shift the culture here, one rack at a time, and build a space where Tulsans can show up exactly as they are.
Founder
Alli Russo
Alli wears a lot of hats — mom, Mystic Thrift pop-up owner, content creator, thrift curator — and somehow makes all of them look good. She brings a playful energy to Looped that's impossible to fake, and her eye for style is only matched by her ability to make the whole thing look effortless and fun. Fair warning: her content will make you want to come shop immediately.
Thrift Curator & Content Creator
Thrift Curator & Resident ArtistVania Tolsa-Mejia
Meet Vania — thrift curator, resident artist, and the reason our chalkboards look that good. She has a rare gift for typography, designing fonts from scratch and making them come alive in ways that stop people in their tracks. Her style is bold, her standards are high, and her eye for a great find is something we rely on every single day. Perfectionists get a bad rap — we think it's a superpower.
